Great food selection, amazing staff, and really good cleanliness. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many varieties. The French restaurant had fantastic food and service, while the Coco Coffee offered delicious lattes and banana bread. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the adult-only pool. The location is down to the beach, making it convenient for a relaxing day by the ocean. We are grateful to Alexandra Marcello for her excellent attendance on the beach.
Nothings.

This hotel is located right on the beach, which is clear and beautiful. It is a great destination to visit without leaving the resort, but also offers the opportunity to travel to other Caribbean islands. Guests can enjoy breakfast with a variety of options. The rooms are sleek and modern, equipped with all the necessities and some with extra advantages such as a balcony or swim-out pool.
Some guests have reported a need for improvement in the service level, which has been a bit slow at times.

Lovely facility with well maintained areas, garden, pools, restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean. Choice for All Inclusive catering was excellent. Place was big, so days would never get boring.
Rooms were nice but the buildings were generally too noisy for our taste. We could hear everything and everyone outside in the corridor and even the voices of our neighbors when they were in their rooms. But for Dominican Republic we still think we made the right choice.

Enjoyed Easter stay at this all-inclusive resort. Appreciated the oceanfront location and its warm beach. , the food was diverse and of high quality. A great advantage was the 24-hour snack bar with excellent take-out options.
The resort lacked enough shade options at the pool and beach areas, which made it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax. some of the staff struggled with communication barriers.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are fantastic, while the sun loungers are so comfortable. the garden area is lovely and well maintained, making for a peaceful and tranquil setting. the Spa centre is amazing, offering various massages and treatments to help you relax and unwind. the entertainment provided is top class, with plenty of activities to try out.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the service at the Poolside snack bar. Although the food was delicious, I had to wait quite a while for my order to be taken.

Great staff and daily entertainment. Plenty of activities throughout the day to stay busy. Nice coffee shop and beach snacks.
Small rooms and outdated pool and beach lounge chairs. Inconsistent customer service.
